Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all visitors to xumbell.store and to all purchasers who complete payment on our checkout. The products and services described herein are sold and fulfilled exclusively by Xumbell.

1.1 “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” — Xumbell.

1.2 “Products” — the downloadable Xumbell digital guide (PDF / e-book) titled The Modern Gentleman's Guide.

1.3 “Services” — any personalised 1-on-1 styling report, consultation, or follow-up support delivered via WhatsApp, phone, video call, or email.

1.4 “Site” — the domain xumbell.store, owned and operated by the Company.

1.5 “Working Day” — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Karnataka, India.

By clicking “Pay Now”, accessing any Product, or submitting your data, you: (a) confirm you are at least 18 years old, and (b) agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Notice.

3.1 The Xumbell guide is a pre-prepared digital document. Any personalised Styling Report is prepared after you complete our data-collection form. No live video or in-person session is included by default; any virtual consultation provided will be at our own discretion.

3.2 Normal turnaround for any personalised deliverable: seven (7) Working Days from receipt of all requested information. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate data, or technical glitches, are excluded from this timeline.

3.3 Delivery method: secure, non-public download link, WhatsApp message, or email. You consent to receive such electronic communications.

• Provide accurate, up-to-date data.

• Do not upload or transmit materials you do not own or have rights to.

• Use all Products for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST where required. Payments are processed via certified third-party gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or PayU. We do not store card, UPI, or bank credentials.

6.1 Digital Guide: Since it is a digital product delivered instantly, we do not provide a refund as a rule. Refund exceptions are described on our Refund Policy page.

6.2 Styling Report / Personalised Services: (a) One revision request is allowed within 48 hours of delivery; we respond within 3 Working Days. (b) Refunds are granted only if we fail to deliver within 14 Working Days of receiving complete data.

6.3 Beyond the above, all sales are final.

Certain photographs, before/after visuals, and comparison shots on the Site or in ads may be computer-generated or artist-enhanced for illustration only; actual results vary by individual. Any celebrity likeness is used purely for representational effect. No celebrity endorses or is affiliated with our Products or Services unless expressly stated.

All text, graphics, trademarks, and the Xumbell guide itself remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence; redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

9.1 Personal data is processed in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Purpose: to create and deliver your Product or Styling Report and maintain customer records.

9.2 Storage location: secure cloud servers in India. Retention period: 12 months after your last interaction, then secure deletion.

9.3 Withdraw consent or request deletion by emailing info@xumbell.store. Withdrawal before delivery cancels the Service and triggers the refund terms in Clause 6.

9.4 For any grievance, email us at info@xumbell.store.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product or Service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our intellectual property.

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12.2 Exclusive jurisdiction for consumer disputes: courts and consumer forums in Bengaluru, India.

12.3 All other disputes: amicable settlement first; failing which, sole arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. Seat: Bengaluru, India; language: English.

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, network outages, or third-party service failures.

If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in full force.
